Dates, times and locations are subject to change. Agendas will be posted a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the meeting. The meeting location will be 7555 Falcon Crest Drive, Redmond, OR unless otherwise noted below or on the agenda.
IMPORTANT: Audience members will be required to call in for meetings. Only directors and essential staff will be permitted to attend in person. The phone line will open 5-10 minutes prior to the meeting start time. The call-in number will be included in the agenda for the meeting. RVVE Rules & Regulations including Fine Procedure and Schedule This is a policy document regarding the rules and regulations, fine procedures and fine schedule for the River View community that was adopted by your Board of Directors on April 28th, 2020. These policies went into effect on May 5th, 2020. These policies were revised on June 4th, 2021. If you have questions or need clarifications please reach out to the Community Services office at ownerservices@eagle-crest.com.

Environmental Control Committee

Click here for the application form for submittals to the Environmental Control Committee. Any changes to the exterior of your home/unit must be approved by the ECC prior to commencing construction. Board approval is typically also necessary. Please return completed application and fee in person at the Community Services office at 8300 Coopers Hawk Dr (near the Ridge Pro Shop), via mail to: Eagle Crest Management, P.O Box 1215, Redmond OR 97756, or by email to OwnerServices@Eagle-Crest.com.
